have been doing business with this branch of Scotia bank for over 25 years...While some branches are rather complacent and dont care a great deal Westmount are the opposite of that, they are ALWAYS CARING for thier customers first time out or long term customers, whether they have lots of money or maintain only a small balance. Since moving to Calgary two years ago I've found the level of service at this branch to be exemplary. Of all of the Scotia branches on the West/Southwest of Calgary this is the heavy hitter: smart staff, quick moving lines and a space that is clean and well lit. The tellers have been a cut above, especially when you compare them to the other branches.
I've never encountered the rudeness the prior reviewer mentions. If anything my experiences have been the total opposite.
